all products support return applications within 30 calendar days after the parcel is marked as delivered by logistics. this sufficient return cycle allows you to fully test the writing smoothness, ink fluency, nib performance and product appearance quality. all returned items must be kept unused, unwashed, undamaged and unmodified, with complete original packaging, brand tags, accessories and manual materials. products with artificial scratches, fall damage, ink contamination, private disassembly and missing accessories will not be eligible for full refund return.
all return requests must be initiated through official customer service channels. you need to provide your order number, product information, detailed return reason and real product photos. after our team reviews and approves your application, we will issue an official return authorization number and detailed return guidelines. parcels returned without official authorization will be rejected by the warehouse and cannot be refunded. please be sure to communicate and confirm with customer service before returning goods.
for returns due to personal reasons such as unsatisfied writing experience, inappropriate style, personal preference mismatch and unnecessary purchase, the customer needs to bear the return shipping cost independently. our free worldwide shipping only covers outbound delivery and does not include return freight. after the warehouse receives and inspects the returned goods and confirms that they meet the return standards, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days. the specific arrival time depends on the processing efficiency of your payment institution.
if the product arrives with damaged packaging, ink leakage, defective nib, functional failure, wrong delivery and missing accessories due to our warehouse packaging and delivery errors, please take clear photos within 7 days after delivery and contact customer service. after verification, we will provide free replacement, full refund, partial refund or supplementary accessories according to your preference, and bear the corresponding return shipping costs.
damage and failure caused by improper use, manual fall, private modification, incorrect ink matching, improper maintenance and long-term use wear are not within the return scope. all fountain pens and precision stationery need to be used and maintained in strict accordance with the official instructions. product damage caused by non-standard use shall be borne by the customer.
all discounted products purchased during summer seasonal promotions enjoy the same return policy as regular products, and the refund amount is calculated according to the actual payment amount. we prohibit malicious return behaviors such as trial wear return, frequent large-scale returns and fraudulent returns, and reserve the right to reject return applications of users with abnormal return records.
