after your order payment is successfully verified, our professional warehouse will start standardized order processing, including order information review, product appearance inspection, nib performance test, ink sealing safety inspection, accessory sorting, professional shockproof and pressure-resistant packaging, and logistics carrier handover. the conventional processing cycle is 3 to 7 working days, excluding weekends, us official holidays and warehouse maintenance periods. during summer promotion peaks and new product launch periods, the order volume increases sharply, and the processing time may be appropriately extended. we will process orders strictly in the order of payment time to ensure fair delivery for all customers.
